Staff is friendly and attentive. Responses to my inquiries are received within 24 hours or less. Couple issues over the 2+ years my fur baby has attended were resolved with reasonable explanation and discussion for future actions. I’d recommend for boarding and day care. Watching my baby throughout the day is a comforting and fun experience.

The Pet Care Plus team does such a great job with groomings for our dog - he always looks great and they take great care to make sure they are grooming him to our preferences. Highly recommend the PCP team for your grooming needs!

Gina at Pet Care Plus is an absolute gem! She's been grooming my dog Riley for a while now, and every single visit has been a great experience. Riley always comes home looking adorable and smelling amazing -- but more importantly, he's happy and calm, which tells me he's in good hands. Gina is so gentle, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. The entire staff at Pet Care Plus is incredibly kind and welcoming -- you can tell they truly care about the pets (and the humans!) who walk through their doors. I'm so thankful to have found a groomer and a team I can completely trust. Highly recommend!

My dog has been going to Pet Care Plus since he was a puppy. He goes to daycare and gets groomed. They are fantastic! Just like family! He's always so excited to get there and can't wait to get out the car!

We brought our puppy, Pip, in for a bath. She is perfect (obviously), though we’re still working on the whole “not barking at absolutely everything” thing. But not at PCP! The moment she walked in, she was in love. Total spa mode.

I have been bringing Ernie in for grooming with Miriam for the last 8 months and couldn’t be happier. She is extremely friendly (to me and my pup) and does a great job with his haircut and bath, and he’s usually done in 3-4 hours. All of the staff at Pet Care Plus are friendly, efficient and informative. The pricing is in line with other groomers, the facility is clean and they offer daycare, boarding and taxi services (I will be signing Ernie up for daycare soon). I love knowing that Ernie is in good hands when I drop him off. Thanks Miriam & team!

My favorite nervous lady Florencia got groomed for the first time today, and the team at Pet Care Plus not only made her smell/look great but, most importantly, made her feel comfortable! Thanks to everyone who helped during her first spa day. We will be back!!

Our dog attends Pet Care Plus when we both have to go into the office. He is a doodle so actually spends half of his day in the small dog side and half on the large dog side as it takes a while for him to warm up! The team at Pet Care Plus keeps the place clean and ensures all the pups are safe and happy. We get our dog groomed here too and it is so convenient and they do a great job every time! The shampoo and conditioner smell so great and they change it up with the season.

Our English springer spaniel has been going to PCP for over 5 years (twice/week) and it truly is his home away from home. The staff are amazing and always make us feel welcome. My first time at Pet Care Plus and I’m very happy with the service at this grooming salon. They did a great job cutting Ronero’s hair and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The staff was kind, friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the pets. They had a sign welcoming my baby which I thought it was so thoughtful. Highly recommend!
